Investing in Promoters[ next page ]2009-10 Application FormsThe application forms for voluntary promoters wishing to apply to this year's Voluntary Promoter Award are available below. The application comes in two parts which both need to be downloaded. There is also a Guidelines document which should be read before starting an application. The deadline for return to Jazz Yorkshire is Thursday 18 March.
Promoters who were previously awarded three year funding will receive an email with details of the requirements for this year's funding. During 2008-09 Jazz Yorkshire invested £28,000 in the region's voluntary promoter network.
This is because Jazz Yorkshire
believes this network of organisations offers the
greatest opportunity for musicians and audiences to
access high quality jazz performance. 12 promoters will be supported with funding between £500 - £5,000:
